If a customer has left the boat with the Anchor App active and is receiving unwanted alerts because the alerts are too strict, they can be temporarily silenced on the device while they return to the boat.
To temporarily snooze or silence alerts in the Anchor App on an iOS device:
Tap on the notification on the device lock screen.
Drag gently to the left to reveal the Options button. Swiping too far left clears the notification.
Tap to Mute for One Hour or Mute for Today.
Important Note: This silences all alerts from the Anchor Alert App until the mute period expires.
