Internal Support Article - A guide on the registration steps Without going into too much detail, so others can pick up on other things

  1. Update the device to the latest OS

  2. Uninstall the app

  3. Reinstall the app

  4. Open the app

  5. Tap on Sign up or Register

  6. Fill out the dropdown answers

  7. I usually try to choose different ones at random, to ensure they all work

  8. Tap on sign up/complete

  9. It should force you to add a location - (if it doesn't add notes to Asana, so others can test and log a trac if required)

  10. It should then automatically push you to tap on your GPS location & bring you to where you are

  11. Move the location to the water

  12. Save

  13. You will see this new account as a recent account in Django

  14. Go to the App > Main menu > Profile > Scroll to the end > Delete Account

  15. NB: Ensure you're still signed into your new registered account & not your existing account.

  16. It can take 5 seconds or so for the deletion to finish

It is a bit like how Sam runs the testing folder when we update the apps
