Upgrading your account

You can upgrade your account between packages at any point during your subscription, and you will be credited back for the unused portion of your subscription. You can also downgrade, but the downgrade does not allow for any cash refund or credit to your account.

To upgrade please login to your account at on a Laptop/Desktop web browser (not an Android/iPhone/iPad).



To upgrade your account via the website:

  1. Please login to your account at a Laptop/Desktop web browser.
  2. Click on the settings wheel at the top right of your screen.
  3. Select 'Billing' in the drop-down box to make your purchase.

To upgrade your account via your IOS/Android device:

  1. Using Safari/Chrome App on your device open the website
  2. Tap on the three horizontal lines at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select the ‘Login’ menu
  4. Log in with your email/password
  5. Select the ‘Upgrade’ button at the bottom of the page
  6. Choose the package you require to make your purchase.

After making the purchase, please do a full restart of your iOS or Android device. 

The unused portion of your current subscription will be discounted from the purchase price if your prior purchase was made from our website, not the App store/Playstore.
